Inspired by my trip through Namibia, I grabbed my guitar and tried to turn the endlessness of the Namibian desert into music. Here are my first sound snippets of a new song I'm working on at the moment.
So much space. So many colors. In all four directions. We drive from horizon to horizon, through endless silver fields, through the ocher yellow desert with purple mountains behind. Pastel colored floating rocks, flickering in the heat. And then the devoid of humans. The silence is so loud, I can hear my own blood rushing. From time to time it feels good, to get rid of time.
